We offer descriptive details and are your source of inspiration, we do not provide construction materials; ie: Electrical, structural, rough plumbing, or mechanical work, we advise consulting with your contractor. Our primary focus is on providing elegant concepts with as close as possible dimensions without being on-site to take exact measurements — it is up to your contractor to ensure that these are realized

*Please note that while our drawings and designs are to scale, we cannot fully dimension them as we are not physically present to confirm measurements on-site.

Upon receiving your e.designs, you’ll have everything needed to make your dream space a reality, with your timeline. That said, to ensure flawless execution, We recommend hiring professionals for success

Plumbing: we WILL guild you in picking your perfect finishes, ie: faucets, sinks, toilets. However bathtubs, cabinetry and rough-in falls out of our scope of work (as we are not physically present to take exact measurements and we are not plumbers) we recommend contacting your local contractor/plumber

Flooring: While we can help you with finding a beautiful colour, style and finish virtually. We suggest talking to a local contractor and or flooring expert (Especialy if refinishing hardwood floors) they will supply you with stain samples, from there we can help select the best one suitable for your needs, look and feel

Countertops/Tile: natural stone has its own uniqueness and character within its veining, while we can provide you with inspiration! slabs are best chosen within a show room with their professionals to help you along the way.

If you decide on Quartz or shopping for tile, we can provide you with your local retailers and help you narrow down the best timeless option you’ll love for a lifetime!

Our projects are tailored to meet your specific visions, which means that E.Design completion timelines can vary. Nevertheless, our standard timeline typically takes between four and fourteen weeks depending on room size and timeline feedback responsiveness and the level of revisions.

While there could be room to move, as I, Randi have been there my self with a great vision and just wanted to pick the ear of a professional and or the budget is limited. With that said, we suggest a ‘full room’ service as we want to do our up most best to give you a full transformation with a timeless look and flow.

Starting with 1 or 2 rooms will help you determine if the feel and processes we take will works for you with larger scale project

Our billing for E.design projects is based on a flat rate design fee that must be paid prior to work on your project begins via paypal, etransfer, visa (after amount has cleared). This fee covers all thats included in your package you choose with two revisions
